In most cases your co-workers could be having a bad day or you know or heard something that has happened you don't broadcast it out to your other co-workers it is none of their business...if it bothers you to much then take upon yourself and go to that person and ask them are they alright is there something i can do for you. Knowing what to say when you know you have done wrong is the part that most of us don’t have a clue as to how or what when it is pointing to self. Humans don’t like for the finger to be pointing at them because now it is a matter of changing a negative situation into a positive and build from it.

I had to learn the hard way I can speak on this because it was by all means directed at me. I work for an insurance company and there were many tasks that was before me that I had very much experience in felt confident enough to full fill my duties as an insurance specialist.

Just before I knew I had it all together it only took one mistake to cause the business to fail. But with technology we was able to conquer the mistake and learn from them
