When you know you’ve done wrong!

When you know you have done wrong and it seems as though all hope is gone; how do you fix it?
Do we overlook the process of wanting to change for the better or do we continue where we left off, making the problem more of a problem. In the marketing world there is always going to be problems even in your business. Why because there are many those despise what you do or what you are attempting to do in building a business. And the same applies to the real workplace outside the internet. In outside business or franchise it only takes one individual to mess up or turn the productivity to a halt. How can that be possible to do? Simply by not addressing that there is definitely a problem and it needs to be fixed. Same goes for your online business if you are doing well in your business and you have members in your down line and one of those members can make one simple mistake then there goes your business, your trust, the confidence your prospects had in you, now your business is at a halt.



The question here is when you know you’ve done wrong address it right away and solve issues now before its ever too late. The way to acknowledge the fact as to what happened after analyzing the situation is to try not to do the same thing over again. Humans have the ability to correct and learn from their mistakes and succeed then there are some that take the bitter with the sweet and careless what could happen even if it causes them to lose their jobs.

Same goes for you internet business you need to be aware of what could happen as if it was a real life situation. Your members or prospects should be just only that yeah I know you can build a close relationship with some. That what online business is all about building a relationship first then gradually explain what you do online.. Offering advise is good to a certain extent depending on how close the communication is between you and your prospects, this is very important.

Your prospects should never know about what is going with the others in your down line as to who is active or lazy. That is none of their business even if they tell you about their down line it is none of your business either. Personal business should always be kept personal unless you find that it to be a problem to you or see that it has impacted your business then it is your responsibility to go directly to that specific individual and question the fact what is going on is there any thing I can do to help you. Or is there something you do not understand. Sometimes just a simple hello will be enough to get them up and active again.

In the real world when you come in to work what is wrong with saying hello good morning maybe that is something you have not been doing that could be wrong to others.. its the communication gap amongst the members of the business. In most cases your co-workers could be having a bad day or you know or heard something that has happened you don't broadcast it out to your other co-workers it is none of their business...if it bothers you to much then take upon yourself and go to that person and ask them are they alright is there something i can do for you. Knowing what to say when you know you have done wrong is the part that most of us don’t have a clue as to how or what when it is pointing to self. Humans don’t like for the finger to be pointing at them because now it is a matter of changing a negative situation into a positive and build from it.

I had to learn the hard way I can speak on this because it was by all means directed at me. I work for an insurance company and there were many tasks that was before me that I had very much experience in felt confident enough to full fill my duties as an insurance specialist.

Just before I knew I had it all together it only took one mistake to cause the business to fail. But with technology we was able to conquer the mistake and learn from them

I felt so bad I did not know whether to quit or continue working but with a little encouragement from my boss I turned to her and said thank you i am truly sorry.. When we analyzed the situation and fixed the problem I knew just in a matter of minutes that my job duties were very important and that every aspect of my position is in fact the business. Everyday I make sure that what happened doesn’t happen again because it takes more out of you to fix a problem and stay on top of things when in the beginning if I was doing my job fully none of this would have happened.Believe in your self and admit that when you have done wrong talk to somebody and get help. Same as to your online business if you know for a fact that something is not right or going the way you would like to search around there are many good people on the net that is ever so willing to assist you in your business. These individuals are blessed because even though they have a business of their own they are not always about selling but helping others.
